The Annual General Meeting of Aker ASA will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:00 CEST as a virtual meeting. The proposed agenda includes re-election of the board of directors.

Aker ASA's Board of Directors has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2025, to pay an ordinary dividend to Aker's shareholders of NOK 26.50 per share for the fiscal year 2024, and that the Annual General Meeting authorizes the Board to adopt an additional dividend during 2025 based on the 2024 annual accounts. SalMar ASA ("SalMar") has entered into an agreement with Aker Capital AS ("Aker") to purchase Aker's 15 percent ownership stake in SalMar Aker Ocean AS ("SAO"). The settlement consists of one million SalMar shares and a cash consideration of NOK 76 million.

The Net Asset Value (“NAV”) of Aker ASA and holding companies (“Aker”) was NOK 58.2 billion at the end of the fourth quarter 2024, after dividends paid, compared to NOK 57.0 billion at the end of the third quarter. Aker distributed a dividend of NOK 2.6 billion in the quarter. Aker's Board of Directors (“the Board”) proposes to pay a cash dividend of NOK 26.50 per share for the fiscal year 2024 and, in-line with previous years’ practice, will propose an authorization to pay an additional cash dividend in the second half of 2025.
