Aker ASA: Aker Property Group completes acquisition of ownership interest in Public Property Invest ASA and Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB
Fornebu, May 20, 2025. Aker Property Group AS (through its subsidiary APG Invest AS) (“APG”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aker ASA, announces today that it has completed the acquisition of a strategic ownership interest in Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (STO: SBB) (“SBB”) and the first two tranches of a strategic ownership interest in Public Property Invest ASA (OSE: PUBLI) (“PPI”), announced on May 13, 2025.
Following these completions, APG will own about 9.08 percent of the share capital and 4.44 percent of the votes in SBB, and 34,672,588 shares in PPI, equaling approximately 11.78 percent of the shares and votes in the company. The final tranche of the PPI-transaction is expected to be completed on or about June 10, 2025, following which APG will hold 84,589,085 shares in PPI, equaling approximately 24.58 percent of the shares and votes in the company.
