Aker ASA Integrity Channel
Aker ASA has established an independent integrity channel to ensure that employees and external stakeholders can report concerns related to unacceptable behaviour or potential breaches of Aker’s ethical guidelines.
We encourage employees to raise concerns internally—either with their manager, a senior leader, or an employee representative on the Board of Directors. If internal dialogue is not appropriate or sufficient, concerns can be reported through the integrity channel.
Independent and Confidential Handling
All reports are initially received and reviewed by Deloitte, an independent advisory and audit firm. As a third party, Deloitte ensures confidentiality, impartiality, and professional handling of all submissions.
Within Aker, the General Counsel, Charlotte Håkonsen, is responsible for the internal follow-up of reported concerns.
How to Report a Concern:
You can report a concern through any of the following channels:
- Online: Submit via Deloitte’s online reporting channel
- Mail: Deloitte Oslo, Postboks 221, 0103 Oslo, Norway
Reports can be submitted anonymously. However, providing your identity, either to Deloitte only or to both Deloitte and Aker, can help ensure a more effective investigation.
After an initial review, Deloitte submits a report to Aker’s Compliance Officer. If further investigation is required, a team is appointed under the supervision of the Chair of the Audit Committee. All cases are formally closed by the Audit Committee. If the report is not anonymous, the reporter will receive a response within a reasonable timeframe.
