Aker ASA: Key information relating to proposed cash dividend
Aker ASA's Board of Directors has decided to propose to the General Meeting on 22 April 2022, to pay an ordinary dividend to Aker’s shareholders of NOK 14.50 per share for the fiscal year 2021, and that the General Meeting authorizes the Board to adopt an additional dividend during 2022 based on the 2021 annual accounts.
